I pulled these off the end of an article in the Winnipeg Free Press, so I assume the numbers are all Canadian dollars.

According to a study for the City of North Vancouver:

• Average annual benefits: $94 per tree per year
• Annual costs for pruning, watering etc.: $18 in 2003
• Benefit to cost ratio: more than five to one.

• Sequestered carbon dioxide: $2
• Reduced air pollution: no dollar value provided
